WHAT TO EXPECT

With a focus on building strength using a variety of training methodologies and mindful progressions. Rob’s Strength method has been designed to make training fun and effective, while ensuring you are continually challenged and can see clear improvements in your training. Balancing volume, output and recovery to make sure you don’t burn out means you can continue with training and reach your goals safely

These are progressive strength training cycles that focus on progressing you on from previous weeks and previous blocks.

Each block has been designed to increase your strength on your main barbell lifts (Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift & Strict Press & Variations), while building on your current strength foundations and exposing your body to accessory lifts that unlock your strength potential and build on your weaknesses

Layout

  • 4x per week Resistance Days to make sure we can take full advantage of your recovery to help you continue to build strength
  • 1x per week Volume day with a focus on improving muscle size and density, targeting your muscles at varying angles and rep ranges
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Once you have purchased your Strength Method Block, you will receive:

  • A client set up email
  • A Truecoach account set up email for the program to be delivered straight to your phone

Your workouts will be delivered straight to your phone via the app and email. You also have access to the full week of training so you can mentally prepare for the week ahead and block out time to get your training done.
