STRONGR60 is a fun and progressive training program aimed to get you stronger, improve foundational movement patterns and leave you feeling accomplished in under 60 minutes.

Designed to maximise not only your Strength and Muscle Gain but maximise your time in the gym. 

Invest in your journey of strength by joining the STRONGR60 seasons. Each season is split into 3x 4 week cycles priming your to reach new PB’s each season while keeping things fresh and fun each cycle with new variations on exercises with the focus on getting you stronger ready for the PB Cycle.

FAQ's

DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER OF A GYM?

STRONGR60 is designed to be able to be performed in any gym with basic fitness equipment.

If you have a home gym with access to a Barbell, some Dumbbells, a Bench and some Bands, you will be sweet.

Alternative options are provided on anything that may be specialist to enable you to customise your experience.

CAN I START AT ANY TIME?

Yes, you can join the team at anytime.

You will be added to the training and you can choose you start date of the program. If you prefer to wait until a Monday, this can easily be done and you can start to access the member only content right away.

HOW LONG IS EACH WORKOUT?

All sessions are under 60 minutes and are time-bound to make sure you get the most of each workout. 

HOW WILL I GET STRONG?

Each 4 week season is designed to lead on from the last season seamlessly. Each season offers you clear progression in Load, Volume & Skill, so expect to be kept accountable and excited to watch your progress continue week on week.

Each seasons exercises are varied to keep it fresh and exciting, but always stay true to the mission of getting stronger and building muscle in a time effective way.

WHAT DOES A STRONGR60 SESSION LOOK LIKE?

5-10 mins | Priming your body with specific movement prep for the session ahead

15-30 mins | Progressive strength work

20-30 mins | Accessories to progress your strength mechanics and leave you with a pump

WHAT DOES A STRONGR60 WEEK LOOK LIKE?

Each 4 week block follows this principle:

2x Strength Focus
2x Accessory and Volume Focus
1x Movement Variability Focus

WHAT IS A MOVEMENT VARIABILITY DAY?

Each week I utilise this day to deload the body from 2 Heavy/Overreaching days and prime it for the 2 higher volume days to follow.

This transition day has been key in assisting the body in feeling prepped and primed, joints feeling mobile and stable and mind switched on ready for more.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T PERFORM AN EXERCISE?

Advanced exercises are programmed with alternatives that will achieve the same training stimulus, meeting you where you are in your strength journey.

WHAT IF I MISS A SESSION?

Each week is programmed Monday to Friday but I appreciate not everyone wants to train then.

Every session is stored in your emails and app for easy access and can be performed at your convenience.

CAN I CANCEL AT ANYTIME?

Yes, you can easily cancel by dropping me an email or DM on Instagram and no further payments will be taken.
