You will not see a random sweaty workout with no purpose in this programming. Each strength piece, accessory lift and conditioning circuit has been thought out and periodised to ensure you can train with intent rather than doing something and hoping it works.
My monthly overview video gives you an insight into my thoughts and ideas when programming that months block so you feel fully invested in the next 4 weeks of your training.
At only £12.50 per week (£2.50 per session – equivalent to 1 speciality coffee per day) you can keep training with intensity & purpose, have a clear direction to your training and be part of a growing community to keep you accountable and motivated.

Your workouts will be delivered straight to your phone via the app and email each day. You also have access to the full week of training so you can mentally prepare for the week ahead and block out time to get your training done.
