After never being that athletic as a kid, as I got older and started to discover the gym, my passion ignited for training myself and also coaching others.
10+ years later, I am still at it, from self experimentation in a wide variety of sports (Powerlifting, CrossFit/Functional Fitness, Bodybuilding, Triathlons, Running, Rugby, Gymnastics) to coaching many individuals, both in-person and online for the past 10+ years.
My goal as a trainer is to reach as many people as possible and not only transform their body, but transform their minds, building positive habits that last a lifetime and embody a glass half full approach to life.
As someone who specialises in building strength, I get asked what my numbers are quite often. So here are my current lifetime maxes while still trying to carry on working to surpass these numbers

Beyond fitness, I am known to enjoy drinking coffee, riding motorcycles and spending as much time as possible with my wife, daughter & son.
I really enjoying pushing myself competitively, whether thats from lifting weights, competing in Triathlons or just a crazy challenge someone said that I cant do (I have been know to down a bottle of red wine and not end well).
I try to have the outlook on life as the glass is half full rather than half empty and that hopefully comes across in my professional work manner.
