I cringe at how unfit I was when I first started training! Although at the time I thought I was relatively healthy and proud that I could squat with a 20kg bar in body pump! Little did I know that I would be able to squat with double that weight within 6 months of training!
Within 9 months of lots of heavy squats, deadlifts, lunges and box jumps; I completed my first marathon which had been a goal of mine for a number of years but I kept failing to even make the start line due to injuries - not this time! Rob has generally helped me become far more aware of my body the impact of eating well etc which has made me feel far healthier, I have better skin now than I've ever had and my energy levels are so much better!
PREYAIN PERSON
This 6 week, 3 day/week plan is a great way to build muscle whilst burning fat. The supersets will get your heart beat racing but still allow you to get a muscle pump on. As someone who doesn’t enjoy doing cardio, I found this a much more enjoyable and effective way to burn calories. The conditioning is enjoyable and varied, which beats a long boring slog on a treadmill or cross trainer any day. By the end of the 6 weeks I was benching, squatting and deadlifting more as well
